hi guys,

please update my timeline in our spreadsheet thanks

good luck to all of us :D

medica:l passed april 5
background check:in progress april 15

ITA: feb 10 2016
SUBMMITED/AOR: March 16, 2016
MEDICAL STATUS: passed: April 5, 2016
BACKGROUND CHECK:in progress April 15, 2016

If background check goes from Not started to In progress, does that generically mean the R10 completeness check is done and passed?

For Background check, I see many of your status had an update....but my status is still "not start" and never changed.
I submitted S4 & SA and AOR is March 10...

I'm a PNP inland applicant and my BG check is still 'Not Started' from 'Not Needed' for about a month now.

Same boat.. Dead silence since March 12, only medical passed! I hope that they didn't transfer our cases to Brazil VO for "workload distribution"!

Thanks for sharing your timeline. Your progress looks quick, Good luck :)

My BG check has been in progress for nearly a month. I hope I won't receive request for RCMP PCC, since I already include RCMP PCC in my application

you will need the following:

1. affidavit from your parents which says that they know about your pr application, the exact amount they are giving you (mention bank a/c and cheque number etc), and that they are permitting you to use the said amount for your personal use.
2. to be on the safer side, you can get your parents income assessed from a CA (in case they fill IT form 16 etc, it will be easy)

Anything else that we need please ??? I have been informed there are about 3 additional docs that go with it . Just not sure what :( . Will the court guy know what affidavit I need ?
Thanks

Hey Guys,

Please share your suggestions.

I have already received OINP - AOR on 11th march 2016. My passport is getting expired in August 2016, so I have applied for 'renewal of Passport' and hopefully will receive it within 20-25 days.

My question is,
Once I get the new passport-

1) Should I first change the passport details in 'MY CIC' account? and then,
2) Fill in the form "change of personal details' form, send the old and new passport copies' to OINP, Toronto?
3)do I have to send photocopy of every page of OLD and NEW passport OR first and last page would do?

FBI Report requested - 18-Apr-2016
FBI Report Uploaded 19-Apr-2016

Just got my WP extension approved! ;D Applied 10 days after I got AOR.

Really surprised that it took them only 1 month vs 3 months posted on CIC waiting times page.

probably your application is on fast track then....my medicals took very long time and they asked for FBI report after 37 days of AOR
