It's hard to say why your eligibility has a status of Review Required without seeing the notes of the officers. Look at the notes on the last few pages of the document. The most recent note from the officer who reviewed your application is labeled with number 1. What does that note say?
This is a key message on the notes 1 related comments :

Verified Additiona Notes : Apperas PA age changed between ITA and ETA. Total Evaluated CRS : 448 (was 458 earlier and went down by 10 point after my 41st birthday) ; Min CRS required : 453.
Recommendation Review Required by officer.

This was scheduled for Jul 27 and I have got two ghost mails , one on July 27 and one more on July 29. No other change in status on the CIC site.

Please let me know if this sounds to be a problem. Thanks.

It won't be a problem. I think the points are locked on the date of your ITA. Don't worry about it.

Probably not....please see this link and this message on cic site.

If the applicant’s CRS score at the time of the e-APR is lower than the lowest-ranked score in the round of invitations, the application should be refused under section A11.2 for not having maintained the qualifications that would justify the ITA.

cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp

Any one has gone thru similar situation earlier ?? Pl advise.

Hi Spider,

Points loss due to age increase is NOT going to affect you. Please find "Exemption to section A11.2: candidates whose birthday occurs after they receive an ITA" sub-section at
at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp

" When a change in age results in the candidate no longer meeting the MEC or having their recalculated CRS points score fall below the lowest points score in that round of invitations, officers should consider applying the public policy to exempt applicants for permanent residence from certain age-based requirements between invitation to apply and application, based on section A25.2. This consideration can result in an exemption from the refusal of an application under section A11.2.

In addition to the age exemption that ImmiToCanada mentioned, you can also look at the text of your ITA. There is a note there saying that if there is an age change after your ITA, this will not cause them to refuse your application.

Look at the other notes and see if the comments of the officers/agents don't indicate any other issues. Apart from that, you can order another set of GCMS notes, so that in 30 days when you get them, you'll at least know what's going on with your application (it's possible that an officer has already reviewed your application at the end of July and has recorded notes in GCMS regarding that review). Hopefully, you'll get your PPR by then, but there can always be delays.

It's a good sign. PPR is around the corner. It can come anytime within the next 3 to 4 weeks.
