An update here .. the BC check has been updated to in progress since today Aug 6. There was no ghost email on the change in status. I logged into mycic and checked it out finally.

It means that the reviews are complete. Bg check is basically verification of the info mentioned in your application, but is majorly about security. Hopefully there shouldn't be any hurdles!

Hey guys... the details are already available on the spreadsheet. Just the BG Check date needs to be changed from not needed to in progress as on Aug 6, 2016.

Thanks for the information. Today,received the formal mail intimation too.....so,now the final wait starts! does it take a month or even more after this?
