If you don't have any proof, then don't raise CSE.

Wait for the decision and pray that they overlook your employment claim.
I don't think I can find any other strong proof, beside my client student and old colleagues contact number or email address.

It has been almost two month since they make this 'suspect fraud' statement, and my BG changed into in progress for the 2nd time.

But I am still worry and dont know what to do.

Guys, I have just received an update email. Background check changed to In Progress, AND they requested an additional document. To my surprise, they are asking me to pay the RPRF in 7 days, which I already paid and uploaded 2 months ago.

At the time of RPRF payment, there was no option of paying via MyCIC portal, and I remember being suspicious of this since they didn't ask any UCI number or any other identifier, but now they say the RPRF must be paid via MyCIC portal. So does that mean our 980 CAD went out of the window, and I have to pay for me and my spouse again?

Our cases are very much the same. A11.2 was recommend pass as of June 2 and criminality was also in progress, although it was said that decision was pending on the FBI PC April 8. Besides I got ghost mail yesterday.
My timeline is also very similar to yours, and I'm FSW inland as well, A11.2 recommend pass as of Jun 2 also. No ghost email for me, but yesterday I got a request for my husband to fill in a form (provided in the request letter) to give them more details about his past (mandatory) military service. The form was due in 10 days. So hopefully this means they're really getting to work with the early Mar FSW inland applications!

If the receipt you have is legit, maybe you should call CIC Help Centre to clarify this.

After i submitted my eAPR i quit the job and im not working currently and yes i submitted offer letter, reference letter....like as i said i submitted 6months bank statement in POF section, in those 6 months statement it has salary credited (name of company shown) but i dint highlight those statements.
I think you should be fine then. If the salary deposit is shown in the submitted bank statements, no need to highlight it.

Thats the same feeling I get. If it is written, no need to try and drive the way they read.

I did not highlight anything, but wrote on my LoE what are the important things...

After the RPRF payment, did you upload the payment receipt in your submitted application? After RPRF request, a space opens in your submitted application to upload the payment receipt. You need to upload that receipt and submit the application again.

Neither did I. My bank statements were my pof and the salary was credited in the same account. They will scrutinise it anyway.

You must have the receipt in your cic inbox, if you paid online. You could scan it and send it as a cse. I paid my rprf upfront, and my bg too went in progress a few days back. I however, didn't get any reqest to make a payment or upload the reciept.

What I don't get is, why do they ask for rprf immediately, once the bg goes into progress ( if one hasn't paid it upfront). It makes one think that the application has been approved. Shouldn't they send it once the bg is complete?

The receipt is not in the MyCIC messages section. As I said, at the time of RPRF request I got on May 30, there was no such option as paying via MyCIC. I just followed the instructions and paid at the online payment portal, which did not ask me any identification whatsoever. I then just uploaded the receipts for me and for my spouse separately... I really don't understand what's happening here. Did you guys pay via MyCIC?

Hello,
I have a question here... Is it okay to be unemployed while eAPR..? I have 3 years of fulltime foreign work experience but currently I am not working. I am preparing for licensure exams and I have mentioned this in my application. As per my initial gcms notes, agent review of A11.2 is met (eligibility-met; mentioned in the 2nd page of notes; criminality and medical-passed).
Is my current unemployed status be an issue for the case analyst or the officer? Will really appreciate any help!!! Thanks a lot :)

There is no option to pay via MyCIC. The instruction for payment is given in the RPRF request letter (https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do).

If you followed the steps in the letter and uploaded the receipts, double check if you submitted the application. If submitted, your "Review of submitted documents" section should show as "provided".

If you did everything correctly, then raise a CSE, explain that you've made the payments and attach the receipts. Then call CIC and get someone on the phone and explain your situation so that your CSE is looked up quickly.

In short, No.
