Hello,
I have a question here... Is it okay to be unemployed while eAPR..? I have 3 years of fulltime foreign work experience but currently I am not working. I am preparing for licensure exams and I have mentioned this in my application. As per my initial gcms notes, agent review of A11.2 is met (eligibility-met; mentioned in the 2nd page of notes; criminality and medical-passed).
Is my current unemployed status be an issue for the case analyst or the officer? Will really appreciate any help!!! Thanks a lot

No issues as such. As long as you can prove your 3 years of work experience, being unemployed during APR doesn't really matter

There is no option to pay via MyCIC. The instruction for payment is given in the RPRF request letter (https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do).

If you followed the steps in the letter and uploaded the receipts, double check if you submitted the application. If submitted, your "Review of submitted documents" section should show as "provided".

If you did everything correctly, then raise a CSE, explain that you've made the payments and attach the receipts. Then call CIC and get someone on the phone and explain your situation so that your CSE is looked up quickly.

I had paid as instructed, and had uploaded 2 receipts in the fields that had appeared for RPRF. They are still there! And a new field has appeared now with the same title "RPRF"! Incredible...

The receipt is not in the MyCIC messages section. As I said, at the time of RPRF request I got on May 30, there was no such option as paying via MyCIC. I just followed the instructions and paid at the online payment portal, which did not ask me any identification whatsoever. I then just uploaded the receipts for me and for my spouse separately... I really don't understand what's happening here. Did you guys pay via MyCIC?

Did you get any screen shots or noted any orderid on which site wherever you paid the Fees?

If you have them and then raise a query immediately.. Order number would be great if you have that by chance

Of course, I have the receipts. I even have them uploaded in MyCIC account. That is why it is so freaking strange. The problem is a CSE may take up to 15 days to get a response, I have 7 days to pay again!

Another funny thing is in the letter it says I have 7 days to pay, on MyCIC account, next to the new field that opened up, it says the deadline for payment is 25 August 2016.

That doesn't matter.. If you wanna save your money atleast you have a chance to explain everything.. It's all up to you.. another option is Pay again and Explain in CSE that you paid again just to make sure not to be kicked out from the system but kindly check the previous payment as well so that I could avoid over pay to CIC.

Add one more step then..

Upload the same receipts again in MyCIC new places..
Raise CSE..
Call and get someone..

Just to make sure you are trying your best to get the message through to CIC.

Another peculiarity: In the letter, there is a link regarding RPRF payments. I click on it, select my country and then type of payment, and bam, it says this:

"Important: Processing fees for programs under Express Entry must be paid through your MyCIC Account."

And when I click "Pay my fees online", it redirects me to MyCIC login page! And in MyCIC portal, I cannot find anywhere to make a payment. I can feel I am getting more gray hair as we speak.

I did. Pretty sure everyone did the same after RPRF request was sent!
