I know, PNP cases are taking longer this year (apparently they were quicker last year), but still to say that (all) PNP-O don't/won't get processed in less that 6 months is nonsense as we have a clear example (albeit just one for now) that this is not the case. And I'm sure we'll have more soon enough..
Honestly, there is probably a perfectly good explanation for all this, we just can't see it.
This takes me back to the OINP days where we used to discuss CEC vs FSW priority, NOC priority... hehehe... I'm thinking something like there are CEC, FSW and PNP officers at IRCC and with the increase in the number of ITAs they have hired more CEC and FSW (so these are getting processed quicker as there is more throughput) but PNP has remained the same... Since OINP released all it's NoMs at the end of last year this flooded the PNP channel and we now have a backlog of PNP cases... How is that for logic?
