To me something smells fishy there as they should be requesting stuff via your EE account and not email. The thing is I've never see a process where someone has added a family member half way through, maybe it gets converted into a sort of Family Sponsorship thing... Not sure!shaheerjaved said:Dude this thing is not opening anywhere but you are right its the whole application.
Question is that why they are requiring me to submit it. my statuses have not changed (timeline i have mentioned you previously)
The reply that i have pasted came on my gmail and not in my account messages and it came twice yesterday as i had logged two queries ne through web form and one through logging a tech nical query from within my account.
PM the very seniors around: scylla and Asivad Anac... May be they can offer you some other suggestion.shaheerjaved said:http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/step-by-step.asp

I can't actually open that in my computer, I don't have acrobat reader installed, so I may be wrong!
I have written to Raj as well as legalfalcon. I think that the two CIC agents who sent me the same mail in a span of three hours yesterday misunderstood my CSE.g126 said:To me something smells fishy there as they should be requesting stuff via your EE account and not email. Look on the bright side, they did not give you a deadline so they'll probably carry on processing your application in parallel.
I think you have two options here:
1) Follow the instructions on the email and submit everything they've asked for; or
2) Have another look at your application and figure out what extra stuff you'd have to send if you had the baby before AOR, and then send it via CSE
But you're the first case I've seen so that's all I can suggest I'm afraid!
Good stuff.. I think you're on the right track! Let us know how you got onshaheerjaved said:I have written to Raj as well as legalfalcon. I think that the two CIC agents who sent me the same mail in a span of three hours yesterday misunderstood my CSE.
all these forms are related to family sponsorship program. My wife is secondary applicant and she is accompanying me. I was also shocked to see the letter as this template is not what i have seen on this blog in cases similar to me (FSWO app family addition due to birth of a child).
I will probably upload all the required docs via cse. I have also read somewhere that they require you to upload these docs via your application checklist page after creating relevant placeholders .
Thats why i find their letter to me strange.
Sure. I will eed your advise in days ahead. His birth cert is still to be applied for and passport will be issued after issuance od birth cert. So this thing is gonna take some time 3 weeks approx. As per your advise i have sent a pm to scyllag126 said:Good stuff.. I think you're on the right track! Let us know how you got on

I think they have wrongly presumed that i an the principal applicant and i had ommitted my wife and child from the app at the time of submission and have now returned back to them to request them to add my wife and son as accompanying dependents.g126 said:This sounds more reasonable!
I would not recommend to respond to any e-mail, if they look suspicious, better to raise CSE.g126 said:To me something smells fishy there as they should be requesting stuff via your EE account and not email. I never said that PNP applicants are not going to be processed within 6 months (and may be the actual statement made was interpreted wrongly). I just mentioned why people are anxious and why they are trying to call IRCC call center. PNP applicants are worried as the trend for PNP applications that was seen in 2015/early-2016 is not seen now. They are worried becoz they want to be sure if the application is processed in a smooth manner. It is a common human tendency to get worried or anxious about a thing you want dearly. It is completely OK.g126 said:I know, PNP cases are taking longer this year (apparently they were quicker last year), but still to say that (all) PNP-O don't/won't get processed in less that 6 months is nonsense as we have a clear example (albeit just one for now) that this is not the case. And I'm sure we'll have more soon enough..
Yes. Agreed. We just can't see why IRCC is doing this way. They are the one who know the strategy, we are not.g126 said:Honestly, there is probably a perfectly good explanation for all this, we just can't see it.
Probably they have different departments for different categories. Probably they have same department for different categories. Probably they have no categories wise division of applications and each officer may be handling multiple application of different categories. All are probably. We can never be sure, until IRCC officially mentions how they process our EE application for PR.g126 said:This takes me back to the OINP days where we used to discuss CEC vs FSW priority, NOC priority... hehehe... I'm thinking something like there are CEC, FSW and PNP officers at IRCC and with the increase in the number of ITAs they have hired more CEC and FSW (so these are getting processed quicker as there is more throughput) but PNP has remained the same... Since OINP released all it's NoMs at the end of last year this flooded the PNP channel and we now have a backlog of PNP cases... How is that for logic?
