Anyone gets email reply from CPC-CTD-Ottawa CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca recemtly?
I have received PPR a week ago and sent email to them to ask information about sending my passport from Japan twice. But no replies at all

Usually the PPR mail itself will have detailed instructions about how to send your passports and to where. (it was in my case). If your mail does not have any such instructions then you can try to search for it online. Or if nothing works try to contact the Canadian embassy in Tokyo. They will surely help you.

Any reason the agent gave regarding the stuck ? or is it that file is being processed in the background but the progress didn't get reflected onilne.

Agent didn't give any information.. wen I asked abt VO,, he said NDVO.. thats it.

My application was in IP2 and had not paid the RPRF upfront. I got an update in my account 20 minutes back requesting additional documents and a message as well. The message said they needed me to pay the RPRF and upload the document to my CIC account. Is this how it works? What happens next?
