Anyone gets email reply from CPC-CTD-Ottawa CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca recemtly? I have received PPR a week ago and sent email to them to ask information about sending my passport from Japan twice. But no replies at all:(

I called call center past Tuesday. The agent told me that Medical, Eligibility and Security have passed now and my app is waiting to finalize at Sydney, NS. But she said it doesn't mean " Approved" and it can takes a few months....:eek:is it true it can takes a few months to finalize...

I saw my account updated yesterday,16th March, but there was no change inside. It has been over 24 hours after that Update thing and still no PPR mail.. so anxious it might be a bad signal...:( Anyone same with me?

Did you call IRCC call center? They will let you know the status of you app! And do you know where your app is processing now? Mine has transferred from Sydney to Ottawa.

Similar with me. My BG wording is We are processing your BG since MEP. Call center agent told me that Medical and Criminality have passed and they have Eligibility and Security. So I assume I'm in old NA2. If you want more details about your app status, you should call to IRCC call center.

I'm CEC outland and call center agent told me that my app is in Ottawa now. Then do they send it to local VO when they finish the all assessment?

Is there a option to need to press for EE when call 1-613-944-4000 ? I called yesterday and was transferred to IRCC but I didn't here a option for EE. I thought option 7 was for EE..it was not. Anyone know a option to press for EE?
