Any change on Eligibilty will definitely provide us some assurance that NDVO started working again.

i received my 3rd set of gcms 2 days ago but no change in eligibility.....im from ndvo too....but in my case A11.2 is MET by Agent NOT by Analyst.....i guess non pnp guys have no analyst review.....R10 by service support agent....A11.2 by Agent MET.....just a hypothesis.

guys, do they normally issue ppr on Fridays? or it is only during Tue-Thu?

Yes, but still the PNP Candidates Eligibility is showing Not Started

I thought Eligibility is the second thing In Progress after Medical Passed. How come after 6 months, Eligibility still Not started. This is weird.

No update after it got transferred to NDVO.
It is more than 3.5 months from NDVO transfer.

Yes that's the main question here, after A11.2 why the eligibility still sets to Not Started for PNP . Others were saying that Eligibility is set to MET by Visa Officer, so the Analyst reviews or agent reviews does not mean anything to Visa Officer ?

Maybe Eligibility for PNP/Outland, changes once the local VO picks up file for review as they make final decision. In my case, I ordered second GCMS notes and received same on August 3rd; there has been no change since file moved to NDVO on May 3rd. Zilch progress - Eligibility not started, Security Not Started, not a single note added at NDVO in GCMS; same status as my first GCMS received on June 1st. Can't understand why atleast Security could not have started or is it going on in the background but GCMS shows as Not started?

Check below link, may explain why Eligibility is showing "Not Started" even after A11.2 review by Agentin CIO

Hi all!
I've been a silent member of the group til now, but I finally received a long awaited PPR on August 17, and wanted to share my joy with you, guys. This forum has been a huge help, so thank you all! For those of you still waiting: hang in there! I know it's hard, believe me, I've been waiting for this moment for 6 months and 10 days! But this day's gonna come eventually and it's going to feel real good!

btw, my Background Check never went In progress til the day of PPR, and I also got the PPR in my CIC, not an email. From some previous posts I can say that's probably specific to Hong Kong VO.

Here's my timeline:

FSW Outland
AOR Feb 8
Meds passed Feb 11
Schedule A Feb 12
Ghoust email May 3
Ghoust email May 21
BG InProgress Aug 17
PPR Aug 17

Congrats to all who's got a golden email already! A quick question: is there anyone who had to change their VO after PPR?
I was working in China, so my file was processed in Hong Kong (I guees, never ordered notes) and I've got passport submission instructions for residents of China. However, I moved to my home country (Ukraine) in July. I did raise a CSE to inform them about change of address and even received an email saying they've got all the information, but obviously it was not the case. Raised another CSE on Wed, but I'm worried it's gonna take too long, we've only got 30 days after all.
I'm pretty sure I've seen someone with the similar experience here, but I can't seem to find it now. Any advice? I would really appreciate some help!

Congratulations :)

CSE is the only way I am afraid, people did got email with updated instructions regarding change of visa office in 10-15 days max. If there is any possibility call Hong Kong VO over phone and find some help from them.

Thanks a lot! I don't mind waiting another 10-15 days (even though we all here have waited enough!) as long as they do send new instructions. I'm just afraid they might ignore it the same way they ignored my first CSE. Not sure I can call them, so that's the only option left, I guess. Do you happen to know if those instructions come with new 30 days time limit or I'll have to submit passports during whatever time will be left?

I have seen guys reporting they got updated instructions in 10-15 days in the below thread, you may come across more info in this link which answers your questions.

Thank you! That's exactly what I needed! You've been really helpful!
Good luck with your PPR! I can see you're over 6 months already, can totally relate to that! It's coming soon, prepare to celebrate :D
