My AoR was on Feb 1st and I've just got an email with the Passport Request.

However, there was no change on MyCIC. Background Check and Eligibility Review still in progress. Does any of you know if it's normal to go like this?

How FSW Inland are getting email at early morning aroud 8:00 AM ?
Where as CIC office opens at 8:30 or 9 and PPR rains normally starts after 1M.

These are automation messages set for selected batch.. CIC people don't send it manually..
