Its been over 100 days still not received any reply from CIC . My SINP is going to expire on 20th June . Could it be possible to extend the date if some unwanted result comes ???

Same question here! Should we do something while we are waiting for the result?

try mailing SINP and ask that eAPR is still in progress, if they can extend nomination expiry date.

Do we really need to renew the nomination while our file is in progress at CIC. I believe expiry date becomes irrelevant after AOR, it's of importance only if you have not sent eAPR.

One candidate received PPR yesterday or day before. He clearly mentioned in his PPR post that his nomination expired on 12 May and even thn he got PPR.

Your nomination should be valid while you submitting your e-Apr. Doesn't matter if it expires or about to expire after you submit your PR application

Today is my 100th Day since AOR... i heard ppr starts from 120 days for FSW outland ... Is it true?

Hi Rick,

As per the link "http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/eca-conversion.asp", One year master degree is ranked higher than Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. I might be wrong in interpretation but your ECA reports gave you more points thn you actually claimed in your EE profile. My opinion: This shouldn't be a problem as your EE points will further increase if CIC considers the ECA report.

I suggest you to post your query at "http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/thank-you-asivad-anac-t309073.0.html"

It is clear that your ECA report showed Canadian equivalency MASTERS but you have claimed points for 2 or more SECONDARY PROGRAMS. This inconsistency may not show negative impact. Raise a CSE and upload ECA & LOE together as a single PDF file and send it.

Thank you cjs! This was very helpful. I've already ordered GCMS once at the 3-month mark, will wait to cross 5-month mark before ordering GCMS again. Hope you're right about the Ottawa CPC handing out PPRs in batches, fingers crossed!
