Where we need to upload RPRF receipt in my cic?

I did not payed my RPRF upfront but thinking of doing it now. Is it true that we need to wait for CIC call to pay it if not payed upfront? please advise?

Ideally you can pay it anytime and raise a CSE. Its better to pay in Advance, Since after you get your RPRF request it may take 1 week to months to get PPR

So you may pay it now and save time, & if you get the RPRF request sooner you can upload the receipt right away

I ordered GCMS notes on 5th May 2016 and received it today, It contains following details, please advise if this is not positive.

*** AGENT REVIEW *** POLICE CERTIFICATES R10 Review Request letter for Singapore police certificate sent via MyCIC. All other required police certificates on application; following PC’s NRT India for PA and SP. Criminality Decision Pending until outstanding PC from Singapore received. EDUCATION DOCUMENTS ECA report verified on issuing agency website; foreign credential confirmed on ECA site. ECA Canadian Equivalence Summary reported by issuing agency as Master one year post graduate. Credential is NOT consistent with level of education claimed by PA under EE Eligibility. Credential reported to be Master one year post graduate while PA has indicated two or more secondary programs one at three years. SPOUSE’S EDUCATION NO ECA OR CANADIAN CREDENTIAL PROVIDED. AGE Applicant’s age reviewed and no change from ITA to e-APR

Also, Education status of my spouse is showing as following,
Spouse Highest Level of Education: Secon/HS Credential Incomplete

It is urgent and need your input.

2. What was was equivalence for Bachelor & master degree?
3. while filling in eAPR, how/what did you fill the field of 'Level of Education' for Master degree & Bachelor degree?
4. How much points did you claim for your education?

That might be your BC to In Progress. Mine just changed the other day and received a ghost mail midnight. I think there's a system glitch with MyCIC today.

Under CRS – C. Skill transferability factors, there are points for "Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer"

I claimed points for that. But my ECA only shows Canadian equivalent of Masters degree and the details of my masters program. My Bachelors degree never got evaluated (Most probably because the documents didn't reached WES) and no mention of that in my ECA report.

Although it is mention in the ECA report that the minimum entry requirement for the masters program is Bachelors degree. And I also uploaded my Bachelors degree certificate and transcript when I submitted my application.

Will it be cause any problem?

It is clear that your ECA report showed Canadian equivalency MASTERS but you have claimed points for 2 or more SECONDARY PROGRAMS. This inconsistency may not show negative impact. Raise a CSE and upload ECA & LOE together as a single PDF file and send it.
