I received PPR on March 17, 2016 and in the same letter, I was asked to pay RPRF and also submit a new Schedule A form. I sent my passport to the visa office thru DHL.

Well you should consider it as March, mine was on 31st January actually

Hey guys. How do you know which visa office is handling your file? I keep seeing: Ottawa, London, Accra.... How can I check who is handling my application?
Is there a phone # where I can call to find out?

Awesome Guys!!! Seems like it is not a good idea to be Inland and pay taxes to play waiting game. Even BOWP takes 4 month, a terrible joke.

Apologies if I've offended you. It's just that it's the first time I've seen PPR issued same time with RPRF as well as requesting an additional form. This is truly a unique scenario.

Nevertheless congratulations buddy. You're the first applicant with Feb AOR to get PPR. I hope we start seeing the same with others.

Again this is truly unprecedented. I think this has to do with some process changes on their end. It is highly unusual to issue PPR while RPRF is not yet paid and there's still a pending form.
