I've applied with my husband and daughter from Russia and I'm a bit worried because of updates. You all seem to have rapid changes, and we still have only medicals passed (did it upfront).

Here is my timeline:

AOR: Feb 12, 2016
Eliglibility: In progress
Medicals Passed: Feb 20,2016
Ghost mail Feb 21, 2016
BG is still Not needed at this time

Also on Feb 29 I've sent the CSE with additional PCC because of changes of instructions (about counting 6 months periods spent in the country totally, not in a row), which had been published several hours before I applied))

Do you think that we're comparatively slow because of changes in PPC rules or anything else?

Its difficult to be calm when application is in processing

What does family refer to according to CIC:
Spouse, children and dependants or
Father mother brothers and sisters.

For medicals it means spouse & children.

guys, who among here paid their application fee and RPRF on the same time? some says it would make the application process faster but not quite sure if it's true. I paid both though. Any comments or experience?

I got rejected today coz apparently my police certificate from India did not cover the whole time period...I looked through my dates carefully and the dates CIC lists saying I was in India, these dates are not even listed in my personal/travel history that way and I most definitely was NOT in India during that time, my police certificate covered the period I was in India for more than 6 months..what the hell, not the response I wanted.

So can I appeal this or do i create a new profile and wait for ITA again? I seriously don't even see the dates they mentioned in my address or personal history wtf wht rubbish

Was your PCC issued from BLS ?
