Waiting_kills feb 7 FSWO BG not needed. Medical expired last week so medical also not needed. File transferred to NDVO 24 March.

That's, so not fair to delay application for medicals being expired since they are the reason for the delay.
I think, you should confirm with cic before redoing medicals. Have you contacted cic, in this regard ?

Our medical done at 28 of Feb.

I'd suggest you redo the medicals immediately and upload the same, chances are high to get your PPR sooner!

Don't they need an official letter from the immigration folks to do the test? If not, i'd be happy to get it done in the next couple of days.

I've written to NDVO after it expired and am awaiting a response. I'd written to them a few days before it expired and they said they'd revert if the tests are required. Not sure what to do.

Yes keep checking your app , you may get an update on the medicals if the status has changed..

It has been a week now since my background check turned to in progress 2nd time. Let us hope we get PPR soon. DO you think there is a chance of rejection at this stage of application?

Guys just an information for People similar to my profile.

My BG Status changed to In Progress. Fingers crossed. ;D

I did fingers crossed for my visit Visa then I received rejection for it.

same hopes here. in fact, it is summer in Canada and I imagine all the case workers are taking their time enjoying each day BBQ with their families, which explains the delay.

has anybody check if there is similar pattern last year 2015 for Jan & Feb applicants?
