Hi guys,

I entered a different email address in the forms when I was submitting my application. It is different from the email address I regularly receive CIC updates through.
My BG changed to "in progress" on April 25th and no updates since then.
I'm concerned if I have missed the PPR email.
Do you guys suggest calling/email CIC? if so, which one is better, Call/email?

CIC is not giving any information unless it's over 6 months
My BG is in progress from april 26
