I also used gcmsnow.com to order my GCMS notes (they currently have a promo). I don't mind though if I get PPR before the GCMS notes arrive. Hope we get it soon!

aor 19 feb, medical passed,no update after medical back ground not started, bc pnp inland!!!
Just want to know abt back ground will in progress 1 time or 2 time ?

As per my analysis..
At the time of R10check bg will go from not need to in progress and when r10 complted it will go back to again not needed..(for few ppl bg went from not needed to not started at this satge)

And before ppr request, bg will go again in progress.

Yes I think you are right, at the time of R10 they do criminality which is checking all the submitted PCs and RCMP Screening and once it is No Reportable Trace (NRT) the BG changes to Not needed unless you have a PC pending.

Then once 11.2 , R10 everything is done and security check is started, BG goes to in progress again and mostly stays there till COPR.

My Background Check turned into 'In progress' several days after AOR, actually the same day when medical passed.
Since then, it has been 4 months with no change with BG check. Unlike most of you guys the BG check have changed back and forth.

Does anybody know what my situation is? Why my BG has kept 'In progress' for 4 months and why it has changed to 'In progress' so early? So that I cannot take the status change of BG as a symbol of expecting PPR.

Yes, how do you know that? I have been ask for RCMP check with finger prints for my spouse.
