I have a question, while my application submitted I do not have my FBI reports yet, if they do not reject my application and ask for the report does the processing of my application goes on hold ? or it just proceeds ?

Firstly, are you waiting to get your US FBI Police Clearance? if you did not upload any proof that you applied for Indian PCC and US FBI PCC, your application will get REJECTED

BG should change as "not needed...." there onwards approx 3-4 months idle and finally PPR

@happy Canada 2015, I am on same boat but I guessed it is my medical still being awaited as I did my upfront medicals only last week. Or not even sure if that is holding me up.

Not necessary for all applicants. You cannot assume what CIC is doing. They might even send PPR when u still see review of eligibility in process.

The way to avoid rejection is to submit a copy of the post office receipt for the FBI criminal record check along with you application.

You don't need a PCC from Canada if you're inland until and unless CIC ask you to submit one. However if you have stayed in US for more than 6 months and you need FBI clearance then you do need to submit a proof that you applied for it.

I say send a Case Specific Enquiry and attach the receipt or any proof that you applied for FBI clearance.

Ideally it should. Review is the first process to check your eligibility for express entry.
