Thanks JoacRy, I am an inland CEC applicant. Since I worked few years need to have FBI report and indian PCC both I am due to get.
Firstly, are you waiting to get your US FBI Police Clearance? if you did not upload any proof that you applied for Indian PCC and US FBI PCC, your application will get REJECTEDajanarth said:Hi All,
I have a question, while my application submitted I do not have my FBI reports yet, if they do not reject my application and ask for the report does the processing of my application goes on hold ? or it just proceeds ?
Thanks for your advice.

Not necessary for all applicants. You cannot assume what CIC is doing. They might even send PPR when u still see review of eligibility in process.FMCAD said:BG should change as "not needed...." there onwards approx 3-4 months idle and finally PPR
The way to avoid rejection is to submit a copy of the post office receipt for the FBI criminal record check along with you application.ajanarth said:@FMCAD, how sure you are about the REJECTION ? I did have PCC for Canada though
You don't need a PCC from Canada if you're inland until and unless CIC ask you to submit one. However if you have stayed in US for more than 6 months and you need FBI clearance then you do need to submit a proof that you applied for it.ajanarth said:@FMCAD, how sure you are about the REJECTION ? Anyone in the same situation? ???happy Canada 2015 said:Hi friends, I have submitted my pr application on 9th Feb 2016, no updates since, Iam bit worried.

Ideally it should. Review is the first process to check your eligibility for express entry.happy Canada 2015 said:Is the eligibility review will stay as in progress until PPR or it will change to passed before??
Any seniors ??
