BG check is still not started!!!
My profile hadn't changed for more than 5 months so If some of you experience the same situation don't worry it seems CIC doesn't update some profiles.

Please forum members, does anyone knows how long it takes to change an address after filing a CSE? I filed a CSE on change of my address on May 6 and I received my PPR on May 19 and posted my passport same day. I will like to know if it's necessary for me to inform IRCC of change in my address because I'm still seeing my old address on my profile

Congrats on the PPR.

I know someone who had a address change and sent a CSE on 2nd May, the person didnt get a confirmation saying it was attached to the file, but on calling 2.5 weeks later the agent said it was attached to the file within 24 hours of receiving the CSE on 3rd May. So I wouldn't worry, but then again always a good option to call and confirm.

is it LMIA based? even if it is, I don't think so as you cannot add something to your application, which will increase your points further. You may provide supplementary information to already submitted documents.

I will suggest you to send email with your document direct to Case Processing Centre: Ottawa, Ontario and your document will be attach to your application.
My application was refused and closed in May 11-2016 because of the validation date in my LMIA that the officer who approved my LMIA did and I sent CSE and I didn't received any reply.
Monday 23 May 2016,I sent email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and my case was re-opened in May 26 2016.

They will not analyse this in favor of issuing a PPR, they might acknowledge your progress but decision on this. I don't think so. Better order GCMS to look what they're up to.
