Are we collecting any data on PPR guys sending passport to Visa offices and getting back? Is there any example of anyone denied PR after sending passport (just curious, I never heard any)?

A question: I live in Palestine. How do I request change of VO for printing COPR instead of Ottawa? Should I reply to the email or write to the email address mentioned in the letter if I'm not able to meet the deadline (Tel Aviv visa office)

I was in the same situation so I replied to the PPR email stating I can't send passport outside my country of residence and 2 weeks later they sent me the same PPR email and passport submission request from local office

You never know how long its going to take. I paid my fee same day a friend of mine paid.. He got his PPR in a week and I am still waiting.
