I applied on 17 Mar. I sent follow-up email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca 25-Apr and then again on 29-Apr. Finally, I got my notes 3-May

Hi Nitinj,

I am an FSW inland applicant with AOR Dec 23, 2015. Do you mind sharing when you applied for your GCMS notes? I applied for mine on March 21, 2016 and I have not received my notes yet. Can you suggest how I can follow up with CIC.

In the GCMS notes, that i have received, i see the my email address is of a different person under CLIENT DETAILS section.
It is not the one that i mentioned in the contact details section of my submitted application.

I am currently in Canada on a Work Permit. The company i work for, uses an external agency to process the work permit applications.
The Email id mentioned in my GCMS notes is of the Immigration specialist in that agency that has handled my Work Permit.
(Probably GCMS is showing the details based on my UCI number ?)

Could you please let me know
1. if it mean, all the email communication will not reach me and instead it will sent to the other person ?
I was receiving emails whenever there was a change in myCIC.
But the last update was on Jan 7 2016 (when my BG check status went from "In Progress" to "Not Needed") and i received the GCMS notes in March.

2. Is there any process using which i can raise it to CIC and have my email-id corrected ?

Appreciate your response!

Hi everyone,

PPR received yesterday

04 Dec 15 - ITA FSW Inland
12 Dec 15 - Application submitted & AOR
29 Feb 16 - PCC request from Japan
02 Apr 16 - Japan PCC submited
05 May16 - PPR

I cannot remember when my Medical exams was passed and my Background changed to "in progress" but I know that they changed only few weeks after I applied.

However, nothing has changed in my CIC. I just received a ghost email 3 weeks ago, probably when they opened the additional document I submitted (Japan PCC).

Congrats to all who got PPR on May 3rd and May 4th :D

Please update my status in spreadsheet. I created the record with FSW-Inland but now it is changed to PNP-Inland. Please fix it.

Hi there,

I would recommend sending a case specific enquiry and explaining the situation and requesting to update your contact information. They usually respond within a couple of weeks.

Cheers!
