it will be in progress until you receive PPR.. might change one or two days before PPR...

I have received PPR on April 15 but review of eligibility still says review in progress - I find this really concerning. Background also still in progress after PPR. Is that normal?

Not to worry , your application will be progressed once you receive your CoPR, congrats on your PPR!!

Give your mobile number Tushar, I'll add you to the December AOR Whatsapp group... We are around 70 odd people on that group already... some with and some without PPR's!

Hello friends,
Finally, we received the PPR just minutes back....
the PPR message came in mycic and my BG is still 'Not Needed at this Time'
AOR 19th Dec. Nova Scotia PNP Outland
VO: New Delhi
Thanks to all lovely friends on this forum for their support especially, Asivad and Raj...And my good wishes for all...

It was a long journey. Our first application got rejected in 2010 under the simplified process and second got rejected in 2014 under the FSW. This time we got it...very very happy... :)

don't worry friend, it will be updated soon with an approved Final Decision. We waited ours for a month after passports submission and we just received our passports only yesterday. :)

Hi Guys.
Finally I got my PPR message this morning in My CIC page. Long wait over !

However I have a question -

I am from India but currently living in Germany. In the PPR document they have asked me to submit the passports to VFS India or VFS Nepal. I do not want to take the risk of sending the passports through courrier to India and asking some one to submit on my behallf (Not sure if that's possible even) or even directly sending the document to VFS through Courrier.

I have not yet checked if VFS services are available some were in Germany. Could any one assist me what should I do in this case ?

Cheers

Hello,

Legally, Govt. of India prohibits the international shipping of Indian Passport. See the caution on the last page of your passport. I suggest either you physically go to India or call immigration Canada and request if you could get it done in Germany.

Cheers!

I have received disappointing news from my immigration consultant saying that it's best for me not to expect anything before the 6 months... he said that October and November applications (which he is in charge of) are being processed right now.
