.
Note: A full review of your application was not performed. There may be other elements, not identified above, which may also be missing or incomplete.

Sorry to hear that. It does not cancel the nomination. Yes, you should enter pool again and get another ITA and submit everything from scratch.
All the best,

Dear Decembarians!!

My Temporary Resident Visa has already expired and my PGWP is going to expire on April 30, 2016. My AOR date is December 10, 2015.

Q 1: Any advise about when should I apply for BOWP?

Q 2: Can I apply for BOWP and the TRV at the same time?

Worse case scenario preparation:

Q 3: If (God forbids) my PR application gets rejected, what options do I have?

Please advise. Thank you!

1. apply it asap, you dont have much time.
2. no once you get BOWP than only you can apply for TRV(however u do not need TRY if you not leaving the country)
3. Don't think about that, but if that day comes i would say contact a lawyer asap. The forum can provide you basic advice but you can't rely on advice given to you by people who are in the same boat.

Good luck

Unfortunately, yes you have to re-create everything from sratch leaving IELTS as it has 2 year validity and maybe medical which has 1 year.
I don't think it cancels your OINP, you can use the file number again when you create your profile. but double check the validity on the nomination certificate.

The nomination certificate is valid till august. But it has the current job seeker code and the express entry profile number. This is super confusing and frustrating. I don't remember CIC could have just asked for the original police certificate. I didn't upload it because it's in Arabic

I hope my nomination doesn't get cancelled coz this will ruin everything

you need to call the provincial authority who nominated you , then explain them everything and tell them ur new job seeker validation code and profile number, they will then update those nomination points in the new profile.

I had experienced a kind of similar situation with PNP as they were not able to access my EE profile to upload those 600 points so they asked me to create a new profile and delete the old one and then they transferred those points to new profile and i got ITA but later on I got a call after 2 months from PNP that they uploaded the points to new EE profile but certificate stated the job seeker code and EE profile number of the 1st profile. so they asked me for the job seeker code for new one and fixed it . I guess CIC asked them to change it while processing my PR application . so make sure if they issue you a new certificate it should contain new job seeker code and EE application number to avoid any delay for CIC processing.

hope it will help
