Once you get the new passport, you must reach CIC and request them to transfer your PR visa from old passport to the new passport.
If you are planning to get a new passport while your application is in process, you need to scan the biodata pages and raise a CSE and share your details with them.
Thanks for the response . Please, by CSE , do you mean case status Enquiry and do you av the contact with which I can reach CIC. Thanks in advance

CSE means Case Specific Enquiry. which you have to do to your visa office or main CSE forum:

Main CSE: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

visa office: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum but I would just like to share below the updated status on my CIC account

Application/Profile Status Open
Review of Eligibility Review in progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents Provided
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
Final decision Not started

13-Jan-16 Submitted Sched 4 Form
05-Feb-16 RPRF Payment Receipt

Kindly guide what’s the usual timeline from Medicals or RPRF to PPR? Anyone done with their medicals last December 2015 whose status already progressed?

Where do you also check on your CIC account the date Medicals status was changed to PASSED, as we are under a consultant and was not advised on the exact date of Medicals status to passed so we can track accordingly.

Thanks in advance!

Hi
I just entered details in spreadsheet
CIC requested 5669 form on 29 jan and I submitted that on 2nd feb
admin kindly update spreadsheet
thanks
All the best everyone

from the decembrians spreadsheet we have:
144 records from which 18 got PPR
it's about 12.5% ... the others are still waiting for the golden email

anyone has this kind of stats regarding October and November?

For Octoberians its about 50%, For Septemberians its about 85%, for Novemberians its 25%

CIC folks must be overwhelmed by the Syrian Refugees... unfortunate for us.

Wrong stats. More than 50% in November group are waiting for PPR. Very few recieved PPR and majority of them are CEC inland
