Ask your consultant for access rights. you should have access rights to mycic account as it belongs to you.

He gave me all the information, I'm the one lost because I don't know which identification to use... for example: if I use the application/case number: where can I find this number? (any CIC notifications for example?)

I just can't see my application... my immigration consultant sends me the information... but when I try to check myself I don't know what information to put under "identification type" on My CIC... is it the receipt number? the client ID number? Application number? and where can I find these numbers?

you will need to log onto your account thru the MY CIC only as the other method which you are trying is no longer functional it is the ECAS access that your are trying. I got my PPR yday but still unable to access ECAS since it is now not in use...

Ask your consultant for your GC KEY log in Id and details...
