Can you elaborate how you got the average to be 4 months?

I believe CIC says majority of applicants will get it in 6 months. I see people from Sept are still waiting, and it is March, so 5 months are over for them. We can be optimistic of course, but wishful thinking shouldn't contradict facts.

Buddy, I'm just saying it's the average based on forum news. Some will wait six months, some might wait longer than 6 months. But from what i've seen on the forum, a good majority get within 4 months average.
Of course this is just my 2 cents

I was thinkin the same ... All Dec AOR who recvd PPR are outlanders i guess . I am really gettin tensed now , my work permit and pnp expires on 4th April 2016 !!! and last update in CIC was in Jan .. i knw it too early for expect PPR .. But whtelse i cud do

Seems few applicants from Sept/ Oct/ Nov and Dec. have started getting PPR emails. Overall its been quite period, thinking....is it that silence before PPR storm, keeping fingers crossed and hoping good news soon

dear friend, please do not worry, as long as you have submitted your PR application before your PNP and WP expires, you wont be at risk..

As far as I believe, once you submit your PR application and your WP expires, they issue you open work permit without deadlines untill your PR is processed.

For PNP, expiry date is irrelevant once you submit PR application - it is not the case that if your PR isnt decided till the date your PNP expires than they will refuse you for this reason
