Has it happened to anyone that BG didn't changed to In progress and got PPR request instead?

Few pages earlier the member Mapleback who got PPR confirmed that his BG did not change to "in progress". He got straight PPR from "not needed".

I have seen people paying RPRf later rather than along the application...does it make any difference

doesn't sem to apart from the little morale boost you may get that your account changes in the long months from AOR to PPR

Hi. Would anybody happen to know whether the application of people who already have a UCI number (through a previous tourist/student visa application) gets processed faster? Please let me know if you have any input about the same. Thank You so much.

So far what I have noticed from the Forums that processing time for inland applicants(who have UCI Number) is marginally longer than outland applicants.

Correct. However my status changed to "In progress" about 24 hours after PPR.

Another Novemberian got their PPR yesterday - CEC inland applicant!

There's hope yet that some us might get our PPR quickly - miracles can happen ;D

Another December applicant from Jamaica got PPR on Feb 1, AOR Dec 5. Like me, VO is Port-of-Spain, Trinidad.

What determines how fast these VO's process the applications?
This is very unfair :(

In Express Entry, there is no longer VO based processing. VO is only applicable once you get PPR.
