my work history got deleted from the profile. 
what do i do? do i need to report a technical issue? is it normal/happened with others or am i the only unlucky soul?

its normal... this CIC EE system is not stable system.
you need to double careful before you submit your application.

Great work for maintaining the sheet. Can you add a column on the sheet that will be "Days to PPR"
i.e. Column Q-E (or somthing like that)

Sorry. Ignore the post that says its normal, there have been instances of saved forms vanishing from the profiles but its far from being "normal".. Have you submitted your application or are you still waiting for ITA? Since this is posted in AOR thread, I am assuming you have submitted ur application..,

There is no need to panic at the moment, maybe after 1.5 months if it doesn't change still, we can visit the hospital and manually verify if they indeed uploaded with the right UMI number. After confirmation, we can wait some more.. is there anything else that we can do?
I'm not sure if CSE is required for this..

It happened with me as well ... more then once and with others as far as i know. so we need to take care before submitting app that every thing is intact in EE profile and there is no data loss (which even might happen during the navigation of the Profile) being normal doesn't mean that one should leave that part as it is, off course it must be completed again.
