mail from CIC

in order to make decision on your application...your spouse medical is expiring on march 2016 and visa will be issued by that time only..please confirm if your spouse can make landing by that time..my gcms says..spouse medical expiry 12th march 2016..does visa had day.mnth and year or only month and year??any way i replied already that she can make landing march 2016..mail came to my agency..and she want me to reply her..so that she can submit to my cIC....what will happen now????

I have got the same email. I believe it is the response of ECAS inquirey which I sent a couple of weeks before to CIC.
It seems there will be no more ECAS access to those who applied via EE.

Got the same email this afternoon. I made CSE like 40 days ago and I got my passport and COPR back today literally 5 mins after this email
