Called IRCC today and found out my VO is Ottawa and confirmed:
Medical exam: Passed/Completed
Biometrics: Completed
Eligibility: Passed/Completed
BGC: In progress (That's the only thing missing)

GCKEY still shows "Yor application is in progress" for both and Tracker Eligibility "Completed", BGC "Not started".

Update...

My tracker shows Background verification "In progress" and last update is today's date (April 19th). Not sure if it means something, but looking into other threads, seems that a lot of people got updates today.

GCKEY hasn't updated since April 6th.

no update except the change of status of background check. Below in the Application History, there was a new record saying they received my police certificates on April 11. Nothing more. And you?

me too....no more updates..the status of BGC is for everyone..
