Hi there you all wonderful people,
I need a help. My friend applied for PR from Bangladesh (they are Bangladeshi National). They are currently residing in Kosovo. Kosovo does not have VFS center which can sent their passports to SGVO (Singapore Visa office). The next option is to sent through DHL. How safe is sending through DHL? Anyone had to use DHL here?
Also DHL does not take round fees only one way and on the other hand SGVO will not received if the return fees are not paid. Now DHL told them that they will send a note stating the fees will be collected from Kosovo upon the arrival of the passport back to them.

ANYONE please Help.

They are Outlanders- FSW. Took them almost 2 years to get the PPR. Do not want to screw it up.

I am registered in the spreadsheet but I just wanted to thank you all. My AOR is 29 April 2016 and I got PPR email today. I updated my PPR application with a newborn in July and then I sent another update with a name change in October after I got married to my common-law partner. I called yesterday and the call center lady told me my application has been approved and I was expecting this PPR email without much stress actually. My visa office is Vienna as I am in Switzerland.

I wish all those remaining good luck.
