Well, I was a silent member but I think it is time to join this forum...

FSW - Inland (Ottawa VO), AOR April 21.

Called CIC. Everything is completed and the application is waiting for the final review. Yes, they also said to wait until March 2017.

What I can say or how I can comment this... It's life...

True. I asked them whether it is something with security? ... Call center said that everything is completed and the application is waiting for the final review.
They also mentioned that officer is very busy with other cases and it is absolutely normal that I am waiting for over 6 months and might here something by March 2017.

I guess Express Entry is like a lottery (or 80/20 law) . 80% applicants get it within 6 months / less and 20% are "lucky" to wait and wait and wait. I wish I were lucky in the lottery like that where every 5th is a winner.

That's got to be incorrect, 11months to process seems a bit extreme, taking a month longer than the 6months they quite on the website could be understood, but another 5months before someone reviews your application is just plain ridiculous!

My case is just over 7 months by now.

I was told the same when I called this week and 2 weeks ago, how much longer, they don't know. So let's hope is sooner. It can't be March 2017 just to review and get it approved. I wasn't told that, he said it depends on how busy the officers are. I feel we are no more priority since we are passed 6 months. The agent told me I am just 9 days past 6 months, he didn't count the weekends. Or maybe their target is to get the process completed by 6 months and not when the PPR was actually sent. But really, I don't understand why it should take longer to review and approve when all assessments have been completed.
