Does anyone have information about the current processing times by CIC ? Because as per the Express Entry report generated in Dec'15, It was mentioned as 3.5 months for CEC and 4.7 months for FSW, if I am right.

And is our application processed as per the ITA selection dates? i.e, If an applicant submits his complete E-application ahead a candidate who received ITA well before him, what would be the sequence of processing?

It really depends on a case. I think the processing time starts from your AOR.
