I will let you know as soon as they contact me again(Which might be another 30 days), until then there isn't really much to keep you posted on.
I don't think anyone will be able to tell you exactly how long the medical takes(The supposed average from the website seems to be 6 to 8 weeks) but I would have to say that if you have not heard at this point then you should probably expect that you won't be accepted before the course start date and start preparing for the worst.
IOW start looking at when the next course start date is and moving your application to a new start date, the medical etc. remains valid for a year so you won't have to redo it for the moved application.

Yeah thanks both of you is just the wait stressing their immigration process is really inconsistence and not good at all i will do that !do i need to resubmit new admision colleage letters and all that ? I wish they take into consideration starting time of stundent causes then their hauvic immigration rules
Malcom am from visa free country do and i am not in sa not south african do you they will call me for interview all the way ? Someone was telling aparent they wont do that i dont need a temporary resident !like south african
I'm really not sure on that sorry, I have only my single personal experience to go on, so I can only tell you what happened with mine and what I think based on that but it is not really easy to generalize based on one case.
They are not very informative/transparent about anything so it is very difficult to venture a guess even.
I would think not requiring a visa would make it easier and less likely that they want an interview, but it seems to be a discretionary thing so they could still ask if they wanted.
If your application is past the "average" processing time then you are allowed to email them an application status query, you might want to try this if you haven't already.(Although they pretty much ignored my one that I sent)

Thanks again for your rapid response malcom yeah you quite right my application is not quite pass average time i think am in patient because waisted time cant wait to study really get somewhere in life but my medicals was just send last week really ! But they do respond to my emails all the time but i dont want to bother them that much i have wrote an emails to the colleage to see if i can moved the admision to sept 2009 but then i hope they will consider the current start date of my course
After i moved the admision to septmber do i notify them or what as i know you dont give information to any immigration which they have not requested or asked for that matter but as a resillient person what should i do ?

If you want to make 100% sure on the above then I suggest emailing them an inquiry asking them if the above is right.

Thanks allot i should do that then ! At least you they told you to submit news letter as per embasy request and thy told you to move the course date didnt they or was it your innitiative
@Malcom i have contacted the school they reply me via email they delayed the course for another month so they send me a copy via email so should i send them via email the copy as its in an email format your response highly appreciated
I wrote them an email still havenot heard a response from them attached the extentions letter from the school
