anyone got GIC Certificate....???

Also wanted to ask u that .. My visa deadline is 1st dec. If i apply with the bank tt receipt instead of Gic certificate, will that be a prob?
And if i file after 1st dec, is there any risk?

30 Nov and 1 Dec is weekend so u have to file before 29 Nov

U can file bank copy and written statement by bank on their letter head
 
I made a call on +1 416 866 6430 to make an inquiry for my GIC, they told me to email studentgic @ scotiabank. just sent an email to them....!!

Even my consultant is saying same that there is no problem...and i too had transferred money from my fathers account...waiting time is killing.

At what time did you receive it?
 
I called the intermediary bank yestarday ie SBI in Toronto. They said that they have transferred the money in Scotiabank on 12th nov and yesterday i got an email saying funds are not yet received. I called scotiabank, one lady told me that we have received the money on 12th nov itself.
What Crap!
