I also recieved a letter from Sydney VO to submit additional travel history, background check etc.

Thanks Ritu. I think applications with AOE are taking longer time. My case is very weird, VO has asked for RPRF, Background check, PCC and Military Service records. Generally people pay RPRF after Madecals. Hope for the best for all. Regards

So it means they have asked u everything except MR and PPR...Please correct me If I am wrong? So do you have military service background too??? Must say mate u r lucky..........best wishes.....yeah I think so too that application with AEO taking longer because of genuinely check etc. regards Ritu

I don't know about the possibility of rejection at this stage. I think this stage seems to be very critical where they asked to submit RPRF without fully submitting explanation and Medicals. application received at NS cio on 15th oct 2010 cat : fsw1 noc 6242

1st aor 15th feb 2011

2nd aor 22nd march 2011 from sydney,aus

ask to submit further docs(in 60 days)from cio sydney,aus on 24 may 2011
required docs received 4th june 2011(aunt(sponcer)'s birth cert and last 6 months of bank transaction statment to prove the current balance in specific a/c is urs including source of any large deposit in that a/c)
actually it was my consultant's fault who 4get to put birth cert and only provide bank balance cert without a/c Transaction statement.

status changed to RBVO 22nd march and still the same

any help will be highly appriciated

ohh yes i 4 get that my qus is still how long i have to wait for next stage from rbvo to in process .... any idea ????
i want jst ans from visa office yes or no.

bcz i struck this moment due to change in managment at my wrk place all my staff members r gone(head,second,junior cheffs) bcz over here in aus if u wrk at small hotel or restarant any new manager comes he bring his own staff members from his other wrk place he/she jst started to give hrd time to old staff to bring thier own ppl(owenr doesn't care,jst want to run his business).

as per the law they can't sack any one they jst give hrd time to ppl to leave(commit them to leave (no mercy)) so my wrk place everybody has gone and i m the last. they give me hrd time from last 3 mnths took my hrs(i m casual).frequently puting me down(hrd to see myself in mirror),treat me like a dog.i am at the edge.can't leave bcz my reff letter was from there so i can't leave (bcz if cio do the wrk place check then i will be in trouble). i m getting new jobs but i know every 1 need staff who wrk during xmas(bt me going back india 4 sis's wedding) so i can't back stabe the new employer 1s nov comes thn leave.

i m lost at this moment ..mate.can't find the way out more over paying fees (can mange frm india) for my wife's uni($ 12000 per sem).she is doing masters here...

that is y i need my status change from rbvo to "in process".

i m giving u a promise ritu jst waiting for 2 weeks thn state away email cio for any decission(jst lost my imp 5 yrs in this country)

This is really sad situation Darshan, regarding your workplace politics....I think, If at this stage u change your employer there would not be a problem, if u let CHC, know about it with the detail (not using wrong words, abusive or politics game going at your workplace)...If I would be at your stage, I will resign by taking their visiting cards, payslips, group certificate etc.....before they take my job off.....

You can join other workplace at any time.....You must have noticed in our 2nd AOR, they have mentioned, let them know, if any kind of change occurs in employment, address and martial status....

More important thing, be patient in contacting the VO, Darshan....

thank you very much for ur kind advice.

one more thing i would like to add here is that when cio asked me to explain the source of money coming in ur a/c(bcz my consultant only put my netbank a/c transaction statment without my sav(salery)a/c statment bcz i transfer all my deposit form my sav(sal) a/c to net bnk a/c to get intrest benefit.so in regards that i have sent thm 3 mnths b4 all explanation that all balance in netbank saver a/c came from salery a/c (also include the letter and salery statment from pay-roll(gaming manager too) manager my current job).still you think cio going to do the wrk place check.

(wonder if i claim my aunty's(relative sponcer) 5 points ) then i don't need anything...bcz then after i will reach more than 67 may be 71 or soo

let i explain how i reach 67 points (my education bachelor + masters(from india) and adv. diploma of hospitality(aus),relative sponcer , 6(all 4 6) each ielts,wife's education(bachelor in engg,wrk exp current wrk around 1 yr(time of application) months + last job april 2007 to jan 2010 all up 3 yrs).better let you know that the reff letter which i gote from my both wrk place if cio will call them than not to werry anything bcz they are actually my good referance(i can say my best buddy).they will reply very well.one more proble here i have put all my current and previous job group cert and some of pay slips from both wrk place but last palce were i worked long is now bankrupt even i don't know still open or not.but i have all my record with me that proves that i worked there...

here, i need some more advice that while wrking at my current job i do reguleryly another job(same type of wrk) as well frm last 10 mnths but the problem with this job is that they can't give me any refrance letter.i have all my payslips and grup cert with me.head chef and second chef at other wrk told me that we can give u enf wrk here(without any commitment frm urside).but we not allow u to give any lettre(as a big company HR does all this jobs but i m directly appointed casually by head chef) they told me i can use their name and mobile no for any of my referance for canada immi.

so is it possible that when i left my current job i can inform cio with simple letter of job change notice(including add of new job,name of my head chef and second chef including their mobile nos and my wrk duties) along with my payslips(in a payslips my designation is mentioned (cook grade 2) and group cert but no any appointment or reff letter with company's letter head.

sorry for my long story
please advice me on this matter
