Anyone from Singapore applied online for visitor Visa?

Did anyone applied online for TRV. If anyone has please can you tell how much time did it take to get the visa. I know the timeline shows 13 days. But I wanted to confirm if the current processing time is that or is it taking longer. Thanks

I applied on July 28, reached Singapore on August 1 and its still "in process".

Its for Spouse TRV.
