Link pls. I am willing to bet with you that the portion you pasted is only regarding discretionary travel, it's not the entire exception to the travel ban for certain students.

Check on the CIC page. I will try to confirm it with the representative immigration lawyer.
Anyway, we'll have to be approved on stage 2 before anything.

Why are you guys all so hellbound on the 2nd stage approval? With AIP you can take classes online. If you submitted factually true information and all requested documents and made a clear case that you will return to your home country after graduation then study permit approval is guaranteed. So, why the worry? With the study permit approval you can anyway not enter Canada at this point in time at all.

My program is in-person only, aip and sp will not allow me to study online, only when they lift travel restrictions and I can travel to Canada will I be able to start my program, which is now been deferred to fall 2021.

I made it easy for you and pasted the CIC link above. Please read it carefully to save yourself a lot of headaches later via wrong interpretation... I don't try to be arrogant here, I simply think you are wrong on this one.

And as much as I sympathize with your situation it does not change the fact that Canada at the moment won't let you in even with a fully approved SP.

May I ask which school you are enrolled in? 95% in person sounds like an extremely rare case. Perhaps the only program in the country with such high in person share off of all classes in the program.

Oh... that's far away :(
My program is 95% in-person and has already started ;/

95% means: there is only one course which is offered online. The rest of them are presencial.
(Health Sciences field).

Good luck and, just be more positive!

Has nothing to do with luck. If you had done a bit more proper research then you would not have to depend on luck. And being able to admit that one is wrong displays strength and confidence. I stepped in because your earlier wrong comments do others, who come across this thread, a huge disservice. It would look good on you if you could own that mistake.

I want to apologize for having misinterpreted any information on the CIC website and naively sharing it here.
I wish through, to those who want to accept this, all the best in the process and also later in CA.

For example, my program will be in person (Pastry and bakery arts management) and the college told me that they'll provide a letter to me which let me travel to Canada! I don't know if it's true or not!

The experienced members of this forum I think are saying it's still not possible to travel
