Same boat. Cannot believe this shit is still happening almost 2 months after their stupid update - Never mind the fact they never notified they were doing such a thing - one day people just wake up and stuff just doesn't work anymore - no explanation...Tried numerous times to reset the password - it keeps saying technical difficulty.
A month ago I logged in and everything that was "completed " went back to " in progress " even the test I've passed more than a year ago went back to "not started " I spoke to 3 agents and non of them had an idea why ! One called it a glitch, the other said wait it'll update soon. I never had to reset my password though. I can still log in fine. Do you think I need to reset it ?Something similar happened to me. I don't check status very often but today saw that all of them except Citizenship Ceremony had been updated to "Completed" yesterday (Oct 13) in the old tracker. Before this 3 of the stages were "In progress".
I then logged in again and found that those 3 stages have been set back to "In Progress" in the new tracker. Not sure if they were actually completed yesterday and the new tracker just doesn't show the most recent status or the "Completed" status was false in the old tracker.
No. For some ppl the tracker goes out of sync with the actual status. U would need to contact IRCC regularly to get updates and check emails if the tracker does not go in sync again. How can I raise a webform? So you don't think reseting the password has anything to do with it ? What's the reason for the tracker going off sync ? The agents on the phone are clueless .
