The system is really slow. They say they are sending a code to reset the password to my email. I've requested the code over 30 minutes ago. Still nothing from them.

Ok managed to reset the password to use the "new" tracker.... which by the way looks to me exactly the same as the old one :confused:

The "Updated 7 October" is there...but that doesn't mean anything specific to my application I'm sure it seems to be the date they updated the whole system

My status page on top right now says "Updated: October 7, 2022", without any matching date in Application history at the bottom section.

Is everybody now having this same "update" since they updated their system, or is it really my "ghost" update.
same update date for my parents, not sure what they did. I logged in yesterday and the updated date was Aug. 11, today it changed to Oct. 07

So I did my usual morning routine of going to the tracker to check for any updates. But the landing page has changed along with the login. When I use my usual id/pwd which is the UCI and a password, it says invalid UCI or client ID. Not sure what's happening here? Is this a completely new tracker now?
The tracker has been updated overnight. to regain access to your application you need to reset your password. have your UCI and application number handy

Mine was updated on 7th too. Shows they're waiting for information from me, but not received any email/post very odd. Nothing in spam.

I'm sure the tracker allowed you to download previous messages from them? Anyone know how to check?

I've been having trouble, like everyone else, trying to log on and and reset my password. it keeps telling me my information is wrong. I even tried creating a new account because I wasn't sure if that would work. Nothing. I'm sure I put everything in there properly, even pulled up my application to make sure I spelled everything the same (in case I misspelled anything on there, lol). I've a "complete" on my test in September and I'm just waiting on two other things. I know things take time but I need to do my daily checks for peace of mind! That being said, when is an acceptable amount of time to call if if keeps kicking me out? Really not psycho just frustrated.
