Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Hi! Ask ko lang po. Kasi may cousin ako sa canada with his family, they are now canadian citizen. Plan ko po kasi mag aral ng 2-year course sa canada, tpos nka usap ko po cousin ko. He is willing to sponsor my study and stay there. Pwede ba ako i-sponsor ng pinsan ko(1st cousin)? Ano po docs kailangan nyang iprovide that he is willing to sponsor me? Thankyou po!!

Sa pagkakaalam ko po pede magsponsor ung cousin mo. Dapat po may letter na nagsasabing siya magssponsor sayo and should be notarized tsaka mga bank statements po niya and other documents na nagpapatunay na may funds siya sa bank account niya. Tsaka siguro po a proof of your relationship.

congrats flyweight.. inwquire ko algn sa partner mo, same documents lang lang naman ang ipapasa niya? other than the forms he needs to fill up right? kelan ka aalis? 3days sken bago ma deliver from vfs makati.

Nalaman ko lang ngayon yung sad news sayo, sorry. Yes same lang yung documents namin. May TRV form din sya pero may additional forms lang sa main applicant tulad natin. Same din proof of funds namin.

ung validity ng visa ko is until end ng program which is april 2018 plus additional 90days. Yes, the next day ng nakita ko ung passport request pumunta na kami ng VFS-Makati (tuesday) then na deliver ung passport ko ng friday afternoon. Mabilis lang ang processing, puro mga grandparents ang kasabay ko. 900 plus biniyaran ko, nakalimutan ko na agad. si mic-mic naka email ko, invite niya tayo sa facebook. Kelan alis mo? sa april 12 pko kasi magturn over pko work sa company may 3 pa naman pasukan ko

Hello everyone!

Newbie ako sa forum na to. Nag-apply rin ako ng SP sa VFS Manila last Feb. 18 and I had my medical exam done at St. Lukes Global last Feb 26. Sabi ng nurse after 7-14 days ang dispatch nila ng results directly to the Visa Office, nakiusap na lang ako ng i-rush yun sa ken since May ang start ng program ko sa Centennial College and good thing naman pumayag sila.

Tulad ng iba, on process pa rin yun application ko, waiting pa ng result. Ang tagal ng processing, from 8 weeks naging 12 weeks na since the last time I check the CIC website! Sana wag na akong abutan ng May election dito sa ten hehehe!

Good luck sa ten lahat na naghihintay ng result. Sana ma-approve tayo! God bless to all!

siguro po mas maganda pag mag aga. 12 weeks po ung processing ng SP based sa cic. Ako po Im about to lodge my app on vfs this thursday hopefully. Pang sept intake din po ako.

Good day mga ka-forum!

Gusto ko lang po tanungin yung mga senior members dito na nakumpleto na yun post-graduate work permit nila (1 to 3 years) kung nakapag-apply na po ba kayo ng PR and kung anu po yun pinagdaanan nyo to get into that status. Sana po may makapagshare ng story nila for student permit applicant like me.
