Hello again Sam! Yes, minimum of 8months per CIC rules. Pero may ibang factors pa to consider, including the school, etc. So bank accounts nya, payslips nya, ITRs nya, etc. Tapos wag kalimutan and letter or affidavit of support at saka proof of relationship.Sam0310 said:@mymostcreativename
Oic! Thank you so much for ansering my questions. So if I'll take up 8 month course I will be qualified for the PGWP, am I correct?
I learned from my first rejection: a study permit will only grant temporary residency, so while it is not "illegal" to show dual intent when applying for it, it is better that you show them that you do not intend to stay in Canada after your studies (heh.. Yun first reason of refusal ko. I did not convince them that I will return to my home country after I'm done with school)
Good luck!!
