Oic! Thank you so much for ansering my questions. So if I'll take up 8 month course I will be qualified for the PGWP, am I correct?
Hello again Sam! Yes, minimum of 8months per CIC rules. Pero may ibang factors pa to consider, including the school, etc. So bank accounts nya, payslips nya, ITRs nya, etc. Tapos wag kalimutan and letter or affidavit of support at saka proof of relationship.

I learned from my first rejection: a study permit will only grant temporary residency, so while it is not "illegal" to show dual intent when applying for it, it is better that you show them that you do not intend to stay in Canada after your studies (heh.. Yun first reason of refusal ko. I did not convince them that I will return to my home country after I'm done with school)

Good luck!!

Hello to everyone.

1. Dalawa ang magiging sponsor ko or proof of financial support (my brother who is presently in Canada, and my mother here in the Philippines), okay lang ba na magpakita pa ako proof of funds sa bank account ko na 10,000 canadian dollar? or sapat na yung sa sa mother and brother ko?

2. Ano po bang magandang supporting documents as "evidence of relationship" sa sponsor? Pwede na po ba yung birth certificate (which shows my relationship to my mom, and scan passport ng brother ko together with my passport)

3. Regarding sa list of documents, isa sa mga kailangan i-submit ay Original passport and a copy of the passport bio-data page, and photocopy of marriage certificate...

Marami pong salamat, and goodluck satin lahat. GOdbless us all...

Hello, let me try to answer this one by one based on my previous readings :)
1. Sabi nila the many the merrier peru be careful na hindi maging kahina-hinala un $10K mo, meaning dapat nasa account mo na sya ng matagal say 6 months or more para walang issue kapag ng bank verification. Dapat my support ka rin na ITR or COE which will connect kung saan galing ang naipon mo na pera para lang safe ka and covered in all possible questions.

2. Yes, your birth certificate is enough kung upward - student to parent, at passport kung lateral peru sabi ng iba, maigi na rin samahan mo ng birth certificate ng bro mo highlighting un same parents name.

3. No need for certified true copy.

4. For complete declaration at para walang problema sakaling sumunod sila, isama mo na if you all have the data available.

Hope this helps kahit papaano.

Hi Lei, no need ng certified true copy :) sa kahit anong document. Sa online naman, yun complete version ng PDF acrobat eh pwede kang mg resize dun. ganun yun ginawa ko from 9mb to 2.5mb nlng.

Hi,

I'm new here and gusto ko sana makakuha ng tips para ma-approve ang student permit ko. I just got accepted sa SAIT sa Calgary, Alberta at magstart na ako ng magprocess ng requirements for student visa next month. May questions po ako:

1. I'm 29 years old and working as a chef. If so, ano ang mga kelangan nilang i-provide?

2. Kelangan ba ng SOP at LOE when you apply for a sudy permit?

5. Isasama ko sana hubby ko sa Canada. Nabasa naming na pwede daw sya mag apply for an open work permit?

Sorry medyo madami. Naguguluhan lang kasi ako sa process.

Sir oshin, good day.

Gumawa kasi kami ng letter coming from my mother, and naka-indicate dun sa letter na
aside dun sa bank statement and bank cert nya, nagprovide din or nag-deposit din sya sa account ko ng 300k pesos (roughly 8,830 canadian dollars) para sa ibang expenses during the program. Matagal na din po yung account ko na yun, almost 3years na, kaso kaka-deposit lang namin nitong March, sa tingin mo ba sir ground for refusal or denial yung ginawa namin? Maraming salamat sir.

It's possible there is a big backlogs of applications the reason they are not able to initiate yours. You can actually do your own medical upfront since they take about 2-3 weeks before it is received at the embassy.
