@Floje: Thanks! I'm currently in Vancouver, BC. I took up a diploma program for Food Technology :)

sa Ontario po, alam nyo po ba how to apply, kasi fiba nakalagay na you csn bring your family

hello po again. Its been months na po since I logged in :o . Anyways, congrats sa mga nasa Canada. On their way to their Canadian dream. Btw, from cebu, i have applied na po sa conestoga college. Though the school supposedly will not be accepting students till November but because na.open status nila yung program, they sort of accepted my application. Therefore, i am the first applicant :P :D ;D THANK YOU LORD. hopefully i will get my confirmation letter by december 1st then will apply ASAP. May tanong lang ako, any bank account will do as long as you have a million peso exisiting for more than 6 months?! Also im 22 now, its my moms separate account na that is on her name or mas preferrable na ako yung account holder. ? Of course, i will have to explain sa cic na its my parents money.

God bless y'all.

hi humdrumdum! Congratulations! Please sned me youe email address so I can add you in the fb page :)

Ms. Belle, your son will get a TRV po but if he will be travelling without you, kelangan niya po ng clearance sa DSWD. Just make sure na kasama po siya sa family information form na fill up ninyo during the application.

ianteves, maybe a letter of support from your parents will be suffice instead of transferring the funds to you. At 22 with a sudden surge of funds, they might get dubious about your application. Just make sure that you have strong ties in the Philippines. Please do let me know once you are given a study permit so I can add you to the fb group. Information there are about pre-departure, arrival, what to do in immigration, etc so it'll be more relavant once you are on your way here :)

All the rest very happy naman ako sa midterm grades ko hehe

Yup, tama si mic-mic about sa sinabi nya for belle and ianteves. :)

Congrats mic-mic! I know kaya mo lahat yan. Haha! Pero mabait naman siyang teacher.

hi everybody after sometime nakapagpost ulit. hope everyone is doing well.

congrats to all na nakakuha ng study and pgwp permits.

and to current students, mic, floje, ate scorpio keep up the good work sa studies ;)

advice naman po mga seniors, kung wala pa properties delikado ba if ever sa application? lalo na kung buong pamilya sana kami mag apply (husband-student, me and baby-dependent).

and ano ano pa kaya pwede ipresent na home ties?

thanks in advance po.

HELLO EVERYONE AND SA MGA SENIORS.

Just wanna share na more than seven weeks napo and application ko ng student permit at sowp sa hubby ko at wala parin po kameng update now from cic.

Thank You, Micmic, automatic na ba na if approved ang student's visa ko, magkakaroon din ngTRV din
ang anak ko? Ako lang kasi ang requested for a med. exam.

Applied October 1 for study permit. I sure hope to see a response soon because I hear it takes longer than 2 weeks to get passport stamped (i applied online so i will have to mail passport in) and January 2016 is coming fast! Anyone else apply around my timeline and hear a response? Been "processing" for 4 weeks now with no movement aside from the medicial being passed on Oct 1 the same day as submission. I realize that 7 weeks is the average waiting period but assumed online was a little bit faster method than paper and would see gradual updates.

Hi belle,

Dapat meron din medical request si baby. Did you include him in your family form and include him in your application?

djein,

From my wife's experience, it took her longer when she did online.. more almost 8 weeks of no movement I think. In my case though (we applied separately), it took them only two days to have my passport stamped. Case to case basis talaga minsan.

Sinali ko sya sa family information form, ang tick on accompany me...iba pa ba ang application para sa kanila

Hello!

I think at the start for the application, there is a portion where you will be asked if you will be attaching an application to yours and then you proceed from there. You and your son (in our experience) should be getting email updates a few seconds apart. Keep in mind though that his medical status will be updated faster than yours dahil physical exam lang si baby :)

In your experince, did you fill in a form sa anak mo, seperately or sa family information?
