Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Nilagay ko for two years yung sa akin. Iba-iba kasi answers dito sa forum, may sabi one year lang, yung iba whole duration of study, so nanigurado na lang ako.

Yung sa'yo erwin? 2 years ba program mo? Ano nilagay mo dun sa tuition? for the whole 2 years ba?

Hi Ms. tipsy! Saan po makikitayung UCI? May TRV lang po kami na mag expire na sa May and wala naman po email sa amin about it. Ang correspondence lang po namin with them is yung passport request when we applied online and addressed it to the office in NYC

Also, as per CIC, hindi po included ang TRV sa list ng may UCI. Kindly correct me nalang po if I'm wrong, baka may na-miss out ako

As for the SOP, I just explained that we want to expand our business from print media to cover website designing and internet marketing otherwise magiging obsolete na ang business naman in the future. I just hope that they can see it that way. I'll also be securing a job offer from an IT solutions provider dito sa Pinas once I finish my studies. Sana ok na yun. 1 page lang hehe

Ask ko na din po, I'm debating whethere or not isanama na si wife and baby namin. We read mixed results nung isinama sa application. May iba denied, yung iba accepted. Will showing land titles, cars, etc be suffice? Also, if January ang desired time namin na sumunod sila, ok lang ba yun even if my school starts on September?

So we already received the email request for med exam.
Hindi ko lang alam which part of the form we need to fill-out.

By the way guys, may tanong ako. Dun sa form IMM1294E APPLICATION FOR STUDY PERMIT MADE OUTSIDE OF CANADA. Dun sa Cost of studies: Tuition, Room and board and Other, ilalagay ko ba yung total cost for the whole 2 years of my studies?

Tuition 30,000 , Room and board 0 and Other 10,000

tuition = 15k x 2yrs, FREE board ko kasi makikitira lang ako tpos others 10k kasi wala naman tayong GIC unlike mga indians (cost of living) kaya 10k nalang nilagay ko din.

Yes, I only filled out the client info. yung email & telephone number part di ma-fill so I left it blank.

Hi aly, yun din yung naiisip ko. Though 1 year lang ang fund requirement sa CIC, still yung VO baka isipin di talaga maaford ng applicant ang study kasi 2 years ang fund requirement and hahanapin pa ng applicant yung remaining school balance. Kaya nakakalito kun ano mas better.

as long as you provide proper information that you have enough funds in the "proof of fund" section, i guess declaring one or two years of tuition in TRV wont be a problem.

Nakakalito nga talaga no? Hehe! Pero yun nga, dapat i prove natin na enough yung funds natin to cover for our stay in Canada plus the tuition syempre.
