Anyway eto lang po ang naisip ko, kung issue niyo po ang effect ng conversion, then why don't you declare na lang na your mother-in-law will also financially support you? All you have to do then is show proof of her financial capability, together with yours. Mas mainam po kung i-explain niyo po sa SOP. Just a suggestion
Kasi kung ttranfer niyo po ang Peso to a foreign currency account, I don't think there's any way to avoid the effect of conversion... Di rin ako sure sa bank draft but as far as I know, it's similar to an MC except that it's the bank's funds that will be paid on your behalf; meaning you'll be paying your Middle East account with Peso as well (unless you buy foreign currency, so icoconvert pa rin ang Peso dito), so I think parang ganun rin. Do correct me if I'm wrong, yun lang ang pagkaintindi ko hahaha
