Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

hi guys..
today i received a very saddening news.. my application got refused. :'(

Accdg to the letter, i was refused because:
I was not able to satisfy the VO that I will be leaving Canada by the end of the period authorized for my stay because:
a. i have not demonstrated that i am sufficiently well established in my country of residence.
b. my proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: my qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in your country or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

I am planning to reapply soon but the big question is, HOW can i answer to that?!?
please help me.. Huhuhu

maybe i need a better, stronger SOP.. any suggestions guys..

Early Learning and Child Care diploma ang kinuha kong program.. nurse ako dito sa pinas pero i'm not working as one.. sa office ang job ko now..
i think more than enough nmn yung funds ko e, mga 2M din yta yun.. actually wala nmng nbnggit yung VO aobut sa funds.. dun lng tlga sa reason n sinabi ko.. which is ang hirap nmng patunayan.. pano ba? wala p kong sariling family, wala din nmn akong business.. ang ties ko lng tlga dito sa phil is my relatives, friends.. hay!!!!

para nga tuloy gusto ko n din mg consultancy, kya lng kc prng mahal ata ang singil nila.. meron bng ngoofer ng service na ggwa lng ng SOP? kung meron, mtry nga.. ang hirap kc hnd ko alm kung ano png pwde kong ilagay sa SOP.

kaya guys, dun sa mga mtgal n ngaantay, ok lng yn, mukhng may mrarating nmn ang application nyo, malamng kaya mtgal kc umuusad n.. yung akin sobrng bilis, kc refused na pla..

don't lose hope. at sana ako din.

Apply na lang ulit trublou. Kailangan talaga strong SOP.Kung early learning and child care diploma ang course mo at hindi talaga related sa tinapos mo at sa current job mo medyo mahirap talaga patibayin ang SOP. Plano ko rin kumuha ng similar course, early childhood education naman sa akin. Broadcast communication tinapos ko pero flight attendant ako for 7 years kaya recently lang nag-change na ako ng career, i'm now working as assistant teacher sa isang preschool. Atleast kapag nag-apply na ako mas madali na gumawa ng SOP.

hi trublou! denied din yung visa ko.try getting CAIPS notes. nakalagay dun yung specific reason kung bakit denied yung application mo. kukuha ako nun this week. waiting time is 1month. so if you are planning to take sept intake, hindi ka na aabot.. sa january nalang.

eto ang situation ng wife ko, she grauduated as a Nurse and worked as a nurse for a year. After that she shifted her career from a bedside nurse to a nursing informatics analyst. She has worked in St. Lukes for about two years and now working in an IT company. When I read her SOP maganda naman sya, ok lang ba na ang kukunin nyang course is another undergrad study in BUsiness Management major in Computer Science.

In terms of family ties naman, mas questionable ba kung kasama kami ng baby namin ko na mag apply? Iba-ibang situation talaga e, but we're planning to apply na lang for this January na pasukan. We are almost complete with our documents, ipapasa na lang.

thanks ha.. oo plan ko tlga mgapply ulit.. so gno k n ktgal na asst. teacher ngun? mbuti nkpgshift k kagad ng career.. tama ka, malyo nga yung work ko ngun sa plano kong aralin sa canada, so naisip ko na may point ka.. mghhnp n din ako ng pwde ko pasukan as asst. teacher.. any ideas? may mga tumatanggap b khit na hind educ ang background ko..

hi silent heart! if you don't mind me asking, anong reason ang bngay syo kung bkit narefuse ka? may bayad b yugn CAIPS? ano b yun parang guidebook ba? yun nga din plan ko, bka january na lng,, kaya lng winter nun sa canada, bka mbgla nmn ako at d ko kayanin ang lamig.. nginform n nga din ako sa sch n inapplyn ko, nghingi ako ng extension kung pwde.. kya lng wla p silang reply up to now.. klan mo balak mag apply ulit ng visa?

course mismatch and i dont have proof that my sponsor will cover my expenses while studying.

around 2kphp ung basic caips notes without interpretation. hindi siya guided book.. parang nakalagay yung notes/comments nung consul na nagevaluate ng application mo.. from that comment.. malalaman mo kung ano ung nagpareject sa application mo..

plan ko magapply uli kapag nareceived ko na yung CAIPS ko.. siguro by august nalang.

My hubby is now in vancouver through the help of a consultancy firm
Regarding SOP... hubby was initially asked to write his own SOP then rechecked by immigration consultant after. There's no major revision or anything. May mga part lang ng rephrased. Pero basically kami talaga gumawa. I actually saw a draft here sa forum where i based into.
Type mo nlang sa search button SOP SAMPLE then edit or add details. So there... And i guess there's no agency you can go to para lang pagawa good SOP kasi they need to have all your details... Just an advice...

Pag desperate move patulong ka nlang sa consultancy. Hubby got student visa in a matter of 3 months lang... Delayed pa sa lagay niyan because he was sched for interview plus additional medical exam
