Pwede sa long weekend ng Victoria Day :D

And for OWP for spouse ng PGWP holder, kelangan po skilled job and may 3 pay stubs na po and contract indicating na full time.

If I were you I will not pray for a verdic this week kasi ang verdict lang na makukuha mo is refusal. Ang processing time is 8 weeks and earlier than that means refuse.

Parang weird naman ng condition for a student
Uhhh the link is in my post???
It's from the official CIC website and it's not weird because Floje has finished his program and is technically NOT a full time student anymore. He is transitioning to PGWP. Habang di pa Nya natatanggap ang PGWP niya, CIC will assume his status will end upon expiry of his permit which is July 2017. Now do you see why sabi ng officer na walang sense na I-grant ang OWP sa wife niya.

Will she need an LMIA for those NOC 0 A or B or job offer lang?
No. ang kelangan ng job na NOC 0, A or B ay si Floje, Hindi yung wife nya. Think of the spouse OWP as a dependent visa that is tied to the principal applicant (in this case si Floje) so she does not need an LMIA or a NOC 0, A, B job to be granted the spousal OWP.

Nah, the time for approval has no connection to whether it is refused or not. Me iba na-approve in three weeks, me iba mas matagal.

Mic-mic, you can work full time once you send in your PGWP application kasi nasa implied status ka na :)

Pero ang point is as student not pgwp lalo hindi pa siya nagapply for pgwp. Nagapply sila for owp of the spouse of the principal student and then trv and NOT for pgwp. Yup, that's because walang sense talaga dahil he should have applied for tourist visa dahil ang reason niya is to stay until graduation lang and not to work. Clearly stated na nareject yung application student bringing his wife for owp and not pgwp-owp. And out na yung owp dahil they stated na hindi nga siya magwork, then what is weird now is pushing owp when they dont plan to make her work :)

Who are you referring to? Baka nalito ako at hindi na nagkaintindihan
I think you really misunderstood my post. The spousal OWP is co-terminus with the principal applicant's student visa. Once he is out of status, the spouse loses the privilege of being granted an OWP (as a dependent of the student). Therefore , if the wife wants to get an OWP, under Floje's PGWP, she will have to wait till Floje gets PGWP, finds a job that is NOC, 0, A or B, and has at least three pay stubs from that job.

I don't know how I can explain it any clearer to you.

And the answer is not a tourist visa either. Cause the wife is obligated to leave after six months kung hindi mafulfill ni Floje yung NOC 0, A or B or the other conditions needed.

Precisely, sinabi naman niyang hindi magwowork si wife dahil enough ang funds nila diba and for graduation lang ang plan hehehe, so tourist visa ang bagsak, then why insert owp and make it complicated :)

eh kung intention is to attend the graduation lang, sure, but I don't think that is what Floje is really aiming for. Don't deliberately misunderstand please

Ok...my bad... ;)

Hi Floje, sorry to hear that your wife got refused for her OWP/TRV. I think yung hinighlight ko sa taas yung totoong reason. In transition ka kasi, so talagang magdadalawang isip yung VO na ibigay yung OWP niya while wala ka pang PGWP.
Did some research and found out that you can bring your wife here, only when you have a job that is a NOC 0, A or B

So useless din kung uuwi ka. You should focus on getting a good job here so you can bring your wife over later.
Patience is a virtue ;) Good luck
Thanks, Scorpio. Sakto jud ka. Pero mao lagi, unsaon ta man. An yes, kukuha muna ako ng PGWP bago ako uuwi.

Maybe they apply online so other visa office processed it or nakasama sa last batch ng pinaprocess.
Im not saying 100% ng binibigyan ng less than 8 weeks ay denied.
Pero in general or majority denied.
Immigration is a human resource industry kaya it is susceptible sa error and other things that human mostly commit.

My point is do not worry needlessly kasi sarili mo lang inisstress mo.
At sila rin nagsasabi na apply early.
Hindi po totoo yan. Ako nga nung nag reapply ako, in just 11 days, approved kaagad. :)
