Hi Dolly and Hopefulheart, nag upfront medical ba kayo? kasi ako nung nag try ako tumawag sa designated hospital dto sa dubai para sa upfront medical but theyre asking for immigration request to conduct the medical so dahil doon hnd na muna ako ngmedical wait nalang ako ng request. Kayo ba ano experience nyo?

Hi apple hindi ako ng pamedical yet, kc as far as i know hindi need ng mga uae resident. Pero in case they will ask pede naman mag pa medical..

Ang sipag ng VO.. Received another request of Additional documents.. Although naiprovide ko na yung IMM1294, hiningi nila ulit.. and another doc which is my Singapore Police Clearance.

Meron lang po akong question, in my letter of request, it is mentioned that I have 14days to provide, but then sa last part ng letter, nakaindicate that these documents should be received by 2017/04/27. (Bold) Tapos sa last sentence pa is failure to comply and so on.. will result to refusal chorva.. haaay..

I have processed my Singapore COC last March pa and it was only released last week. It will take 2-3weeks to be delivered on the postal address po dito sa pinas..

Which deadline po should I follow? I don't have my COC on hand but I have all the emails, receipt and all correspondence po.. Should I prepare of letter of explanation nlng? Grabe. I Am so confused.. please help po..

Para po sa mga na-deny, laban lang po ulit! Yung SOP po is the most powerful upload you can maximize po. You can explain everything here to para wala na request ng additional docs for example, kasi if may mismatch, titignan nila agad yung sop ninyo. If wala, pagdududahan na application ninyo.

Sa SOP ninyo, include:

1. as much asset na pwede to establishing your ties to your home country. Pag working abroad kasi and wala ties sa home country, kahit kayo mismo iisipin ninyo na ayaw na nitong tao na ito sa pilipinas.

2. explain your plans in detail bakit ninyo gusto sa Canada, bakit hindi sa ibang bansa, bakit itong program na ito, wala ba nito sa home country ninyo? How can this improve your career when you go back home? Ito yung mga common pitfalls na pag hindi nasagot, madududa na sila (just my opinion)

3. kung yung aaralin ninyo is hindi tugma sa experience and previous degree ninyo, make sure you explain in detail why are you changing careers, down grading or taking the same program again

Kung desidido po talaga kayo, back read lang po kayo, it's literally hundreds of pages pero nung nagsisimula ako, gabi gabi ko siya binabasa habang karga ko si baby namin hehe

If not for this forum, di ko alam na kelangan pala may police clearance na submit, na pwede pala mag change career pag nag aral, etc and for this reason, I'm willing to help. Kung siningil ko siguro mga tinulungan ko, nakabili na ako isa pa kotse ;D

If nabasa ninyo po yung mga pages, alam na alam na ninyo what to do and not to do. If you think your situation is unique, chances are, nangyari na sa previous applicant. May prolema sa puso, pero in the end na approve? Check! 100k lang ang pero sa bank pero na-approve? Check! Gusto isama anf bf/gf? Check! Gusto isabay ang spouse sa application? Check! Gusto hindi isabay? Check! Gusto iwan si baby? Check! Peej, CEC and PNP are different tracks and you can only make an express entry profile and then if you have atleast 1 year of Canadian skilled work, sa CEC ka mag fall, otherwise FSW ka. PNPs are means to boost points of your express entry profile pero best is CEC kasi si PNP is parang 2 times mo gagawin yung process kasi kasi prove mo sa province na worthy ka tapos pag na invie ka na, prove mo ulit lahat yun sa post ITA mo.

jfider, always comply as fast as possible para sure. If paper-based po kayo, you can send a CSE para ma-explain yung situation ninyo po.

Hello ms dollycanada. March ko pa sya nirequest then nagtagal po talaga kasi andito na po ako sa Pilipinas. Issued na po sya as per status sa website but then as per their email, wala na sa SG ung document, but it will reach me in 2-3weeks pa.. huhu.. binarko ata nla ung COC ko..

Hello po Mic-mic.. Nagsend ako right away ng email sa manilaimmigration na eadd, kaso autoreply lang nreceive ko.. hahaha.. Ung IMM1294 ok na po, kaso ung COC ko from SG, 2-3weeks pa po ddting.. medyo confused po ako if which deadline ung iffollow ko.. nkalagay sa taas is 14days from the date po ng letter pero sa baba, these should reach by 27/04.. which is today's date.. huhu..

Andaya nung OWP application ng misis ko, 5days lang passed na agad medical niya, samantalang yung akin noon inabot ng 11weeks

jfider, sa ITA po namin may discrepancy din na ganyan.. sa taasnakalagay you have 60 days to submit your documents for PR pero yung date sa ibaba is for 90 days. In our case, though, may bagong ruling na and hindi siguro updated yung auto email form. Best siguro is call the visa office para ms sure ka or submit an explanination with all documentations na madedelay yung pag submit mo. Mabait naman po ang VO in cases na out of your control na po yung submission.

Kakasubmit ko lang yung kanya nung apr21, kahit malakas ties ko sa PH sinigurado ko nalang, ako nauna, pampalakas din lalo ng ties yung maiwan family. Patience lang hehe


@applepen, sorry cant comment on that, only VO can tell, sabihin ko ok pero yun pala ireject lang ng VO edi umasa ka pa.

Same approach that we did and I think this is the best one for people with spouse/kids. Excited ka na ba sa school peej? ;D Bisita kami dyan next year hopefuly. Parang ang ganda nung lake louise ba yun?
