Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Been checking Canadian Colleges for nearly a month now ;D Also from PH, and I'm looking for something to further my deuce background. An MA or another Diploma, perhaps. I haven't checked Everest but now I think I will. I'm just worried that after paying fees and going through admissions and applications, an SP might not be granted. Not to mention it costs a wad of money to study in Canada. Huhuhu

Same here I only paid half of my fees, so I dont lose as much. But you wont win if you dont risk it bruh.

Also, just to share, I didn't pay any fees sa school when I applied kasi malayo pa deadline ng deposit and tuition ng school hehe. Yung mga application fees, etc lang na necessary binayadan ko hehe Tapos nung hawak ko na si visa, saka ko binayadan kasi baka pagalitan ako sa point of entry hehe

Thanks hahaha! Sana nga congratulations din marinig ko sa Visa officer! I applied to 3 colleges, and 2 universities. Most of them took 3-4 weeks to process because competitive entry ang Sonography. Some of them had their own entrance exams.

I think so too. Per CIC dapat 4-6mos mag-apply prior to intake. Don't worry, ma-aaprove din visa mo soon. Good luck!

Mic-Mic, wishing you and your family nothing but the best in the next express entry rounds! Push na yan! Ganun nga mejo contradicting ang mga info regarding extension of OWP ng spouse pero dapat positive thoughts lang. I read sa immigration website na dapat within 90 days after grad ang pag lodge ng PGWP. Pero sana di mo na problemahin yan at makakuha na kayo ng PR before grad soon.

Question lang hehe di ba sa Humber ka now? Graduate Certificate ba yung program mo? If yes, how long did you have to wait before they replied na tanggap ka? Plano ko mag apply sa Humber ng Project Management. Wala pa ako IELTS coz what I have is the general one. Hahanapin na din ba nila yun agad or they can ask me to take the IELTS? Nakakuha kasi ako sa UP ng certificate na nagsasabing medium of instruction ang English. Tapos okay ba ang North/Laksehore campus? Looking for employment options din kasi for the spouse.

Gusto talaga namin Ontario sana para mas okay ang work choices. Mataas din kasi cost of living ng Vancouver dba.

Wow sonography pala ang course mo. In demand talaga yan and you'll have opportunities after grad. ilang years yung program of study mo and sa Ontario din ba ito? Sabi nga ni Mic-Mic think positive lang so I am sure congrats din from Visa officer yan! ;D

Sana nga eh!!!!! Yeah it is in demand, very lucky. Sa Ottawa ako (Algonquin College) hopefully all goes well as excited na ako mag extended vacation! Ikaw po ano inapplyan mo?

In the process palang ako pero nakapag send na ako ng 2 applications sa colleges haha isa dun Algonquin! Sana makuha. Congrats ulit ang hirap makapasok dun! Nung nag submit ako application sa Algonquin sabi expect a reply within 5-10 days for processing, totoo ba yun? Lol bigla tuloy ako na excite. Project Management first choice tapos Brand Management yung isa.

sana nga, IT major in Computer Systems course ko sa SAIT Calgary, haaays, nakakainip lang kasi lagpas na 8weeks di parin gumagalaw yung medical ko.

@mga landed na sa canada, ano ano po mga tinanong at hiningi ng Canada Border Services Agency officer nung pagland niyo doon?
